Dr. AJ Peña is a Sports Physical Therapist at Trifecta. AJ is passionate about helping athletes, especially baseball players, get pain-free without sacrificing their performance or fitness goals.
AJ competed in baseball and football through high school and continued playing baseball at the collegiate level where he completed his undergraduate degree in 2022 at the University of the Sciences.
AJ received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Josephs University in 2024. AJ plans to pursue residency training to further his education and provide the highest quality care to his patients.
