Over the years, he participated in soccer, basketball, tennis, hockey, cross country, baseball, swimming, shooting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. During high school, Justin played as a varsity lineman for Cinnaminson High School. Today, Dr. Justin stays active through weightlifting, yoga, running, and golf. He has also competed in multiple Obstacle Course Races (OCR), including Tough Mudders and Spartan Races, achieving the Spartan “Trifecta” in 2024 by completing all three OCRs (5k, 10k, and 21k) within a calendar year. He is currently training for his first Half Marathon this Fall.
Dr. Justin’s commitment to helping others, combined with his love for sports, has driven his journey to becoming the highly skilled physical therapist he is today.
