Do you accept my insurance?

Yes, we do work with insurances! We also accept all school insurances. We verify everyone's insurance benefits before they come into the office for treatment. We then communicate any costs to the client that way there are no surprises!

Does Trifecta provide concussion therapy?

Yes we do! We offer one of the only concussion therapy programs in South Jersey led by our Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist.

What are your hours?

We have very flexible hours! Our hours vary slightly depending on our different locations, but we are generally open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.

What can I expect on my first visit?

At your first visit you can expect:

  • A friendly greeting

  • Completion of your initial evaluation paperwork

  • We will copy your insurance card and driver's license

  • Your physical therapist will do a thorough examination and assessment of your condition, including: Your current physical state, medical history, medications, how your daily routine is compromised, and your goals with physical therapy.

Upon completion of your initial evaluation, the therapist will discuss with you your potential need for physical therapy, how many weeks will be required for treatment, your home treatment program, and any questions or concerns you may have.

How should I dress?

Patients are encouraged to dress comfortably in clothes that will allow full range of motion.

What will I receive if I choose Trifecta Therapeutics?

You will receive the highest quality individualized care from the state’s most elite team of physical therapists!

What types of treatment does Trifecta Therapeutics offer?

Manual therapy, mobilizations, spinal/joint manipulation, stretching, cupping, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), cryotherapy, Gait or walking training, active range of motion, cardiovascular training, Strength and Conditioning training, soft tissue mobilization, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), nerve flossing, and recovery compression boots.

How long will the therapy process take?

Therapy time depends on multiple factors, including severity of injury, healing rates and dedication to the rehabilitation cause. Typically orthopedic and sports injuries that are non-traumatic in nature takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks. However, we at Trifecta will make a determination based on the initial evaluation and progression of the patient’s rehabilitation.

Can I go directly to my physical therapist?

Yes you can. There is no referral needed.

Will I be able to contact the therapist directly?

Yes! Clients/parents are encouraged to call, text, or message us at any time during the course of their treatment with any questions, comments, or concerns!
