Why ACL Specialty Rehab

Let us help you get back to where you want to be

Progressing You Every Step Of The Way

After your initial injury, it’s very important for you to have a game plan. Trifecta offers a complete ACL prehab program designed to prepare you fully for surgery and set you up for a successful rehabilitation. The goal of prehab is to maximize the function of your knee prior to surgery, and you will achieve this through a variety of strength and stabilization exercises. After surgery, your doctor will work with you to implement a structured post surgery program that maximizes your strength, range of motion, and stability.

Returning You To What You Love To Do

Getting you back to your sport is our specialty. Our facility is equipped with everything you need to progress into your sport and get you back to what you love. From squat racks, to Assault Bikes, to agility ladders, plyo-boxes, and bosu balls, Trifecta has you covered for your return to play needs. If you attack your program like you attack your defender, you’ll have no problem becoming an elite athlete again: and maybe an even better athlete than before.
