Dr. Chris Carroll brings a unique approach to the Trifecta Therapeutics team as he is a double board certified clinical specialist in both Neurologic and Orthopedic Physical therapy. His diverse clinical experience working with complex neurologic injury, orthopedic injury, and sports rehabilitation has resulted in a unique perspective and approach to rehabilitation. Dr. Carroll has completed Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Training through Regis University in 2023, which represents the highest level of clinical training that a physical therapist can obtain. He believes in the value of empowering the client through education and creating an environment that fosters confidence and inspires hope. His approach focuses on incorporating hands on manual therapy skills to improve mobility, reduce pain, and combining these techniques with specific exercises and training correlated with his client's goals.
Career
Magee Rehabilitation Hospital (2014-2022) - Dr. Carroll began his career at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in 2014, a premiere and well respected inpatient and outpatient neurologic rehabilitation center. During his time here he had the opportunity to work with those with spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and various other neurologic injuries and conditions throughout different points in the recovery process of these injuries.
Trifecta Therapeutics (2023 - Present) - A performance sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic that focuses on the treatment and rehabilitation of high performing athletes and active individuals. The care here is based on implementation of a multimodal approach consisting of hands-on manual skills, high effort and sport specific exercise, in combination with education and support to help the client achieve their goals.
